Tsurezure Children

There is no single way for teenagers to fall in love, and these high school students seem determined to demonstrate every awkward possibility. One boy cannot confess without losing his nerve, one girl hides affection behind teasing, another couple starts dating before either understands what dating is supposed to look like, and friends keep offering advice that may be worse than silence.

Their stories cross in short glimpses of crushes, confessions, jealousy, missed timing, and tiny victories. Some romances move forward in a sentence, others get trapped in misunderstandings for weeks, but all of them capture the same confusing discovery: saying what you feel can be much harder than feeling it.
