Ninjala (TV)

After the old ninja clans scattered, their descendants create a worldwide organization to preserve shinobi arts. Scientists develop a special gum that awakens inherited abilities and lets young fighters shape enormous weapons, leading to the Ninjala tournament in search of the strongest talent. Burton, Berecca, Lucy, Van, Emma, Kappei, and others enter for different reasons, from family tradition to the desire to prove themselves. At first the matches look like a colorful contest built around speed, deception, and creative weapons, but secrets surrounding the gum's origin, hidden experiments, and covert organizations begin to surface. The young rivals must learn when to fight one another and when to cooperate, because this modern ninja world is far more dangerous than the public tournament makes it appear.
