Sakura Quest

Yoshino Koharu left the countryside because she wanted a real life in Tokyo, but repeated job rejections leave her willing to accept an odd one-day offer: play the "queen" of a rural tourism campaign. When she reaches Manoyama, she discovers the agency hired the wrong person and the contract is not for one day at all. The fading town expects her to stay and help revive its forgotten mini-kingdom.

Reluctantly, Yoshino joins four local women with very different relationships to Manoyama and begins searching for reasons outsiders might want to visit. Their ideas fail as often as they succeed, because a town cannot be repaired like an advertisement. Revitalizing Manoyama means listening to the people who stayed, understanding why others left, and deciding what should change without erasing what made the place theirs.
