Synopsis

The Macross Frontier fleet is caught between the Vajra war and a conspiracy reaching into its own leadership. Alto Saotome continues flying with SMS while Ranka Lee's mysterious connection to the Vajra grows stronger and Sheryl Nome struggles against an illness hidden behind her dazzling stage presence.

As the conflict intensifies, the feelings linking Alto, Ranka, and Sheryl become impossible to postpone. The final battle demands choices about freedom, love, and communication between species, while those manipulating the war move to seize control of every mind in the galaxy.
