Eien no 831

Suzushiro lives as a student in Tokyo after an unprecedented disaster shook society, hiding an ability that appeared during an incident in high school: he can stop time around him. He knows no one who could understand until he meets Nazuna, a girl with a similar power who can move through the frozen world. Suzushiro soon learns that her brother Seri has been exploiting her ability for criminal acts and that Nazuna sees no easy way out. He asks her to run away with him, but the power he considered a private secret is connected to events and people far beyond the two of them. Between a past that keeps following and the hope of an ordinary future, making time move again becomes harder than stopping it, because every choice made in stillness waits for them when the world resumes.
