Nintama Rantarou: Dokutake Onsen no Dan

The lord of Maitake Castle wants to slip away unnoticed for a visit to a dango shop, so he asks the headmaster of the Ninjutsu Academy to accompany him. Rantarou, Kirimaru, and Shinbei join the outing, expecting little more than a discreet trip and some sweets.

The supposedly ordinary shop is actually a trap set by Dokutake Castle. Before long, the group is caught in the enemy’s scheme and discovers that other victims have fallen into the same snare. What began as a harmless excursion becomes another test of the young ninjas’ quick thinking and ability to escape trouble.
