With the War Gods defeated, Ren Homura and his friends finally appear to have won back their ordinary lives. Their peace does not last. A mysterious girl named Pandora arrives carrying a box that must never be opened, an instruction almost guaranteed to invite disaster.

When an accident releases what was sealed inside, strange changes begin spreading through the world. Ren and his companions are forced into another crisis, this time caused by a single forbidden box whose contents threaten to reshape the reality they had only just managed to protect.
