Chain Chronicle: Haecceitas no Hikari Part 1

Yggdra has fallen into crisis. The Black Army has broken the balance that once held the continent’s kingdoms together, and the Volunteer Army led by Yuri suffers a crushing defeat against the Black King. The Holy Capital is lost, and half of the Chain Chronicle, the record tied to the world’s fate, falls into enemy hands.

Yuri retreats with the survivors carrying the weight of failure and the fear that resistance may already be hopeless. On the road, however, the group encounters Aram, a young fighter battling the Black Army alone. His refusal to surrender offers a spark of courage at the moment Yuri needs it most, beginning a new attempt to unite the scattered forces of Yggdra.
