Duel Masters Movie 1: Yami no Shiro no Maryuuou

After proving himself in competition, Shobu Kirifuda is invited with other young champions to a prestigious Duel Masters gathering on a remote island. The event promises elite opponents and spectacular duels, but its hosts are hiding a far more sinister purpose behind the tournament.

Each battle feeds power toward a sealed darkness linked to the Death Phoenix. As Shobu is pushed past defeat and self-doubt, he must discover why the competitors were brought together and find a way to stop a card-game challenge from awakening a threat that cannot be contained by ordinary rules.
