Renmei Kuugun Koukuu Mahou Ongakutai Luminous Witches

While combat witches fight the Neuroi on the front lines, Grace Maitland Steward believes protecting people requires more than weapons. She proposes a musical unit of witches that can raise the spirits of soldiers and civilians whose lives have been torn apart by war, only for her superiors to dismiss the idea. Grace begins recruiting talented performers anyway, including fourteen-year-old Ginny Robertson, an inexperienced girl with an unusual magical gift and a sincere singing voice. The Luminous Witches do not set out to destroy enemies. They travel between cities and bases with songs, dances, and aerial performances, fighting in their own way to preserve something just as important as victory: people's ability to smile and keep going.
