Urusei Yatsura (2022)

Earth is threatened by the alien Oni, but they offer humanity an absurdly simple way to avoid invasion: one randomly chosen human must beat Lum, the Oni leader's daughter, in a game of tag. Humanity's representative is Ataru Moroboshi, an unlucky and shameless high school boy who only becomes determined when his girlfriend Shinobu promises to marry him if he wins.

Ataru finally grabs Lum's horns, but his celebratory talk of marriage is misunderstood by Lum as a proposal to her. She happily moves into his life and has no intention of leaving. From that mistake grows an endless chain of alien visitors, jealous outbursts, supernatural disasters, and romantic chaos. Ataru keeps chasing other girls, Lum keeps answering with electricity, and normal life in Tomobiki becomes increasingly impossible for everyone around them.
