Hangyodon no Hadaka no Ousama

Hangyodon becomes a king whose love of fine clothing makes him easy prey for two clever swindlers. They promise to create a magnificent outfit with a remarkable property: anyone unworthy of their position will be unable to see it.

Too proud to admit that he sees nothing, the king plays along, and everyone around him is afraid to tell the truth. The deception grows until Hangyodon marches before his people wearing confidence instead of clothes, leaving honesty to come from the person least concerned with appearances.
