Panty, Stocking, Garterbelt, Brief, and the rest of Daten City's unruly residents tumble through a collection of extremely short incidents where dignity is usually the first casualty. Panty's excitement over taking part in a ceremonial baseball pitch is only one excuse for the group's habits to turn an ordinary situation into vulgar, fast-moving chaos.
