Shanghai's struggle between the Qing Bang and Hong Hua Hui intensifies as Geese and Kitaoji pursue a dream of creating a refuge for people with nowhere else to go. Their plans draw the attention of Zhang Taiyan, a deadly practitioner of Hokuto Sōkaken whose arrival immediately turns the conflict more personal.

After violence reaches people close to Geese, Kenshirou begins hunting the man behind it while Zhang gathers fighters for a decisive clash.
