Chuukan Kanriroku Tonegawa

Yukio Tonegawa has survived the brutal corporate hierarchy of the Teiai Group by staying useful to its fearsome chairman, Kazutaka Hyoudou. His latest order sounds simple only to Hyoudou: devise a thrilling “game of death” that will relieve the old man's boredom. Tonegawa is put in charge of a team of black-suited subordinates and expected to turn a vague demand into a flawless spectacle.

Before any desperate gamblers can be tested, Tonegawa must first endure meetings, clashing personalities, impossible deadlines, and a boss whose whims can overturn weeks of work. In Teiai, middle management may be every bit as dangerous as the games it creates.
