Doraemon Movie 24: Nobita to Fushigi Kaze Tsukai

After a typhoon passes through town, Nobita discovers a tiny living whirlwind and names it Fuuko. The gentle wind creature soon becomes his friend, but its origins lead Nobita, Doraemon, and the others through the Anywhere Door to a distant land inhabited by people who live with the power of wind.

There they learn of an old conflict between the peaceful Wind Village and the Storm Village, whose ambitions are tied to the terrifying monster Mafuuga. When Suneo falls under the influence of a vengeful spirit and Fuuko becomes central to a plan to revive that ancient threat, Nobita must protect his new friend before a gathering storm overwhelms both worlds.
