Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan

After winning a major tournament, Peter Grill is declared the strongest warrior in the world and believes the only important step left is marrying Luvelia, the woman he has loved for years. The title brings an unexpected problem: women from ogres, orcs, elves, and other races decide that having a child with the world's strongest man would give their people extraordinary offspring. Peter wants to protect his engagement and reputation, but attempts to escape temptation, manipulation, and increasingly compromising situations keep collapsing.
