City Hunter: Bay City Wars

Ryo Saeba and Kaori Makimura find themselves caught in a crisis at Bay City, a lavish new hotel built around a powerful supercomputer. A deposed Central American dictator and his daughter seize the building and turn its technology toward a far more dangerous purpose: launching a nuclear strike against the United States.

With guests trapped inside and the hotel's automated systems under hostile control, Ryo races through the complex while Umibozu is drawn into the same battle. Stopping the launch means breaking through armed forces, high-tech defenses, and an enemy driven by revenge before a luxury resort becomes the command center for catastrophe.
