Mahoutsukai no Yoru

In late-1980s Misaki, the rumor that a witch lives in the mansion on the hill is much closer to the truth than the townspeople realize. Aoko Aozaki has only recently been forced to inherit her family's magecraft and lives there with Alice Kuonji, who understands that hidden world far better than she does. When the magical boundaries around the city are attacked, Soujuurou Shizuki witnesses a battle no ordinary student was meant to see. Erasing his memory proves far less simple than expected, leaving his presence in the mansion as a problem that cannot be neatly removed just as a new threat pushes ancient magic into direct collision with modern life.
