Monster Special Edition

Brilliant surgeon Kenzo Tenma chooses to save the life of a wounded boy named Johan Liebert rather than obey an order to operate on a politically important patient. Years later, that decision returns to haunt him when Johan reappears as a calculating killer whose influence reaches far beyond any single crime.

Tenma abandons his secure life to pursue the man he once saved, travelling across Germany and the Czech Republic while police suspect him of the murders left behind. His search gradually uncovers Johan's childhood, secret experiments, and a network of damaged lives, forcing Tenma to confront a terrifying question: what responsibility does a doctor bear for the life he chose to preserve?
