Kagaku Ninja-tai Gatchaman F

A surviving fragment of Leader X mutates into the more dangerous Leader Z and recruits Count Egobossler to rebuild the forces threatening Earth. With Anderson gone, Dr. Nambu leads the ISO while the Science Ninja Team operates from the underwater G-Town base. The destruction of the New God Phoenix soon forces the team to rely on a new machine: the Gatchaspartan.

Its greatest weapon, Hyper Shoot, gives Ken an extraordinary advantage, but repeated use exposes him to radiation that is slowly destroying his body. As Z prepares “Poison Apple,” an antimatter asteroid meant to annihilate Earth, Ken must choose how much of his own life he is willing to spend each time the planet needs Gatchaman to fight.
