Ginga Tetsudou 999: Glass no Clair

The dining car of the 999 introduces Tetsuro to Claire, a waitress whose crystal body catches the light. He admires its beauty, unaware that her mother chose it for her and that Claire longs for the warmth she has lost.

As the train enters a tunnel through the asteroids, Tetsuro sees his dead mother waiting for him. His longing makes the apparition irresistible, but something dangerous lies behind it, and Claire must act to protect him.
