Meitantei Conan: Hannin no Hanzawa-san

Hanzawa arrives in Beika City with a remarkably clear objective: find a certain man and kill him. The problem is that Beika, famous for its absurdly high crime rate, makes even preparing for murder exhausting. He first needs somewhere to live, a job, safe transportation, and a way to function among residents who react to another murder almost like a weather update. Hanzawa always appears as the familiar black silhouette of an unidentified culprit, but his ordinary life is far less intimidating than that image suggests. Between expensive apartments, detectives seemingly everywhere, and death becoming an everyday inconvenience, simply reaching his intended target turns into a comedy of survival before the planned crime can even begin.
