In her previous life, Francesca was the granddaughter of a yakuza boss and never managed to fulfill her simple wish of having genuine friends. After death, she awakens inside a romance game as Francesca Calvino, daughter of one of the crime families serving the crown, and she knows her character is surrounded by bad endings. Her first plan is to break her engagement to Leonardo Aldini, the story's most dangerous villain, but the kidnapping meant to begin her downfall ends with a stranger proposal: Leonardo wants to become her 'friend.'
