Xiong Chumo: Xiao Xiao Shijie 2

After the battle at the signal tower leaves Tekao critically injured, his absence does not bring lasting peace to the tiny world. His distant relative Baibaiqiao appears to inherit what he left behind, along with a new obsession: building a reputation even greater than Tekao’s and making the Sleepless City fear his name.

As the bears and their friends try to return to ordinary life, Baibaiqiao’s schemes begin pulling them into fresh trouble, using the remnants of Tekao’s legacy to create something of his own. This is not simply the return of an old enemy. The newcomer wants to prove he is cleverer than his predecessor, and the friends must learn how to face a threat that already knows the mistakes made before him.
