Futoku no Guild

Kikuru Madan has spent years as one of the most dependable guards in the Mebuki guild, but he has begun to feel that monster hunting is consuming the youth he wanted to enjoy. He would like to retire and live normally, yet he cannot bring himself to leave the guild without capable people to protect its adventurers. His chance appears when he is assigned several talented new recruits to train as possible successors.

Each girl has genuine ability, but their lack of experience turns even simple assignments into dangerous and embarrassing disasters, usually leaving Kikuru to rescue everyone at the last moment. Every time retirement seems a little closer, his trainees find a new way to prove that his road to freedom is going to be much longer than he hoped.
