Eagle Talon finally gets its hands on a weapon worthy of its grand dreams of world domination: the Golden Spell, an ancient technique capable of controlling a person's will with a single word. Naturally, the organization wastes no time experimenting with increasingly ridiculous commands. Their easy path to conquest collapses, however, when both the spell and the program used to develop new versions of it are stolen. If someone competent gets hold of that power, the danger could actually become serious. Forced to investigate, Eagle Talon stumbles from one absurd clue to another until its petty crisis begins to reveal a much larger conspiracy.
