Senpai wa Otokonoko

Saki Aoi finally gathers the courage to confess to her beautiful upperclassman, Makoto Hanaoka. Makoto responds with a secret he expects to end everything immediately: he is a boy who likes wearing feminine clothes. To Saki, the revelation changes absolutely nothing about how she feels.

Makoto still turns her down, uncertain about himself and unsure whether he has ever truly been in love. Saki refuses to give up, while Makoto’s childhood friend Ryuji is forced to confront feelings of his own. Caught between romance, friendship, and identity, the three discover that Makoto may first have to learn how to accept himself before he can decide whose heart he can answer.
