Desir Herrman and the last survivors of humanity finally reach the end of the Shadow Labyrinth after years of catastrophic war, only for their victory over its dragon to trigger an explosion that destroys everything. Instead of dying, Desir awakens 13 years in the past, just before entering Hebrion Academy, with every memory of the doomed future intact.

Given one chance to change history, Desir begins rebuilding the people and strength the world will need before disaster returns.
