Meitantei Conan: Episode One - Chiisaku Natta Meitantei

Shinichi Kudo is already earning a reputation as a brilliant high school detective, much to the frustration of his childhood friend Ran Mouri. After solving another murder, he makes good on a promise to spend the day with Ran at Tropical Land, where a gruesome case interrupts their date.

Before leaving the park, Shinichi notices two suspicious men in black and follows them alone. He witnesses a secret transaction, only to be struck from behind and forced to swallow an experimental poison. Instead of killing him, the drug shrinks his body into that of a child. With Professor Agasa's help, Shinichi assumes the name Conan Edogawa and hides his true identity from Ran, beginning a dangerous new life while searching for the organization that transformed him.
