Initial D Final Stage

Project D has reached the final battle of its Kanagawa expedition. Takumi Fujiwara expects another downhill race, but his last opponent is unlike anyone he has faced: 17-year-old Shinji Inui, a quiet prodigy who has driven the Tsubaki Line since childhood and knows every bend instinctively.

Shinji drives an AE86 just like Takumi, turning the race into an unsettling mirror match between experience forged through countless battles and natural familiarity with one home course. As each driver pushes the old machine beyond what seems possible, Takumi must find one last answer to complete Project D's undefeated campaign and understand how much he himself has changed since his first race on Akina.
