Dragon Ball Z: Saiya-jin Zetsumetsu Keikaku

Dr. Raichi, a survivor of the Tuffle people destroyed by the Saiyans, has spent years preparing revenge against the last Saiyans alive. He deploys devices across Earth that release Destron Gas, a poison capable of wiping out all life on the planet within hours.

Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Future Trunks, and Piccolo race to destroy the machines, only to encounter ghostly recreations of powerful enemies from their past. With the gas spreading and Raichi's hatred giving form to old nightmares, the fighters must reach the source of the plan before Earth runs out of time.
