The city is crowded with strange Rumors and unusually powerful witches, and Iroha's investigation gradually brings her together with Yachiyo Nanami and other magical girls carrying wounds of their own.

The search leads them toward the Wings of Magius, an organization promising liberation from the fate that binds magical girls. As Iroha uncovers more of Kamihama's hidden system and the truth behind the Rumors, the hope of finding Ui becomes entangled with a plan that could change the lives of every magical girl in the city.
