Synopsis
Dr. Octo, an eccentric researcher obsessed with octopuses, concludes that eight-legged creatures deserve to rule the world more than humans do. To begin his conquest, he kidnaps popular idol Sumire Hoshino, unaware that she is secretly Perman No. 3.
Mitsuo Suwa, Perman No. 1 and a devoted fan of Sumire, rushes to rescue her without realizing the true identity of the teammate he admires. Dr. Octo's giant cephalopod creations turn the mission into a ridiculous but dangerous battle where Perman's usual tricks are pushed to their limits.
