Gokushufudou

Tatsu was once feared throughout the underworld as the Immortal Dragon, a yakuza whose name alone could end an argument. Then he disappeared from crime and resurfaced in an apron. Now married to career woman Miku, Tatsu has devoted the same terrifying discipline to housework: cooking elaborate meals, comparing supermarket discounts, cleaning with military precision, and defending the household budget like contested territory. The problem is that his face, vocabulary, and instincts still make every ordinary task look like a criminal operation. Former rivals keep reappearing, neighbors repeatedly misunderstand him, and even a trip to buy groceries can feel like a gang confrontation. Tatsu has left violence behind, but apparently not the intensity with which he does absolutely everything.
