Sousou no Frieren

After 10 years of traveling together, hero Himmel and his companions defeat the Demon King and return home. To the elven mage Frieren, those years are only a small piece of a life already more than a thousand years long, so she parts from Himmel, Heiter, and Eisen assuming she can simply visit again when she feels like it.

Humans do not possess her sense of time. When Frieren returns, her old friends have aged or died, and she realizes too late how little she learned about the people who mattered to her. She begins a new journey with the young mage Fern and warrior Stark, revisiting places from the old adventure and collecting spells as always. This time, however, she is also trying to understand humans and the brief moments they gave her before becoming memories.
