Taishou Otome Otogibanashi

After a car accident kills his mother and permanently injures his right hand, Tamahiko Shima is treated by his wealthy family as a useless embarrassment and sent away to live alone in the countryside. Convinced that nothing meaningful remains for him, he sinks into isolation and waits for life to pass. One snowy night, fourteen-year-old Yuzuki Tachibana arrives at his door and announces that she has been sent to become his bride. Tamahiko initially sees the arrangement as another cruel decision made without him, but Yuzuki's warmth refuses to fit his pessimism. Through meals, conversation, and ordinary days shared under the same roof, she slowly draws him back toward the world. Healing does not erase what happened, but it may give Tamahiko a reason to imagine a future again.
