After the previous summer’s run, Meisei High’s baseball club welcomes a wave of new players and sees Kenji Nishiki return to the team. Ryou Akai and Natsuno Ichiban also join, reshaping the competition within the roster as fresh talent fights for a place on the field.

Touma and Souichirou Tachibana enter their next summer with a goal Meisei has not achieved in years: return the school to the national tournament. The East Tokyo qualifiers begin, placing formidable teams such as Kenjo, Seinan, and Eishin in their path while each game stirs memories of earlier generations that carried the same name. This time, the brothers’ talent alone will not be enough. They must turn the entire club into a team capable of reaching Koshien before another summer disappears.
