Sugar Sugar Rune (Unknown)

The queen of the Magical World is chosen through a contest that sends two young witches into the Human World to collect the hearts created when boys fall in love with them. Best friends Chocolat Meilleure and Vanilla Mieux enter a human school with the same goal: return with the crown. Chocolat, accustomed to being popular in her own world, discovers that her bold approach works very differently here, while shy Vanilla attracts hearts with surprising ease. Then the mysterious Pierre turns his attention toward Chocolat, and as the competition intensifies, their friendship becomes the most valuable thing they could lose in a contest designed for one of them to defeat the other.
