Park Hyung Suk is bullied every day because of his weight and appearance, so he transfers schools hoping for a fresh start. Before his first day, he wakes to discover a second body that is tall, handsome, and athletic while his original body lies asleep. Whenever one body sleeps, his consciousness awakens in the other.

Hyung Suk attends school in the new body and experiences for the first time how differently people treat someone who fits conventional standards of beauty. Living with two bodies also makes the contrast impossible to ignore: the same person can be mocked in one form and admired in another. Through new friendships and conflicts, he learns that appearance can open very real doors, but it cannot automatically change fear, dignity, or the kind of person he wants to become.
