Synopsis
Earth celebrates its prosperity while the people beneath its surface freeze. Branded an enemy of the new regime, Tetsuro waits in an underground prison for his execution. Then a familiar whistle reaches him.
The 999 has returned. Reunited with Maetel, he sets off toward Eternal in the Ultimate system, carrying the hope of a world whose liberation has led to another form of oppression.
