Angel sisters Panty and Stocking have been thrown out of Heaven for behavior far removed from anything angelic. Their way back is to earn Heaven Coins by exterminating the ghosts born from human desire in Daten City, all under the supervision of the priest Garterbelt. Panty turns her underwear into a gun, Stocking weaponizes her stockings, and both possess more than enough power for the job. Discipline is the problem. Panty is far more interested in sex, Stocking in sweets, and either sister can turn a simple haunting into a disaster larger than the ghost itself.
