G.G. Bond and his companions enter the realm of dreams as a dark force begins feeding on the fading hopes of Crystal City's people. The five elemental powers that protect the city are weakening, and defeating the threat requires more than strength alone.

To restore those powers, the guardians must help people remember the dreams they have forgotten and recover the courage tied to them. Their struggle becomes a race to keep despair from consuming both the dream world and the city beyond it.
