Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road

People arriving from Japan carry Special Concepts that can grow into catastrophic powers, so Executioners are tasked with killing these Lost Ones before past disasters repeat. Menou performs that duty without hesitation until she meets Akari, a Japanese girl whose power rewinds time around herself whenever she dies, making an ordinary execution impossible. Menou befriends her under the pretense of traveling toward a place that can send her home, while secretly searching for a method capable of killing her permanently. Every day on the road makes that mission less simple, especially as larger powers begin moving around Akari and the mystery hidden inside her ability. For an Executioner trained to treat attachment as dangerous, the journey becomes an increasingly personal test.
