Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta

Kaede Komura sits beside Ai Mie, the girl he has a huge crush on, yet he can barely gather the courage for a normal conversation. Then Ai comes to school without her glasses, turning a simple problem into an opportunity he never expected. Her eyesight is so poor that she has to lean dangerously close to him just to recognize faces or read anything, leaving Kaede's heart in constant crisis. He soon learns that forgetting her glasses is not unusual, so he begins helping her read the board, find objects, and get through the school day. Every tiny interaction feels enormous to him, while Ai's absentminded sincerity only makes things more confusing. As the forgotten glasses keep shortening the physical distance between them, the emotional distance begins shrinking too.
