Tondemo Senshi Muteking

Twelve-year-old Rin Yuki has always believed his scientist father, even when everyone laughs at the man's warnings of an alien invasion. Those warnings become real when Rin meets Takoro, a bumbling deputy sheriff from planet Ludo who has followed four shape-shifting Kurodako criminals to Earth.

Using Takoro's technology, Rin transforms into the roller-skating hero Muteking and repeatedly clashes with the Kurodako Brothers as they devise one absurd plan after another to seize control of the planet. Saving the world becomes a colorful routine of alien gadgets, reckless stunts, and comic disasters in which the would-be conquerors are often their own worst enemies.
