Years after Yuu Morisawa gave up the magic that once let her become the idol Creamy Mami, she has moved on with her life and entered middle school. Then, without warning or intention, her body begins transforming into Mami again, reviving an identity that should have disappeared for good.

At the same time, Parthenon Pro is preparing a science-fiction film starring Megumi Ayase and needs another actress. Yuu is drawn into the production as the mysterious transformations continue, but the returning magic is unstable. Caught between a movie role, old feelings, and a power she no longer controls, Yuu faces one last uncertain encounter with Creamy Mami.
