Pa-Pa-Pa the ★ Movie: Perman

Mitsuo Suwa is an ordinary boy until an alien visitor selects him to become Perman, a protector equipped with a special helmet, cape, badge, and enhanced abilities. Learning to use those gifts is only the beginning: he must also conceal his identity and understand the responsibility that comes with being trusted to save others.

Mitsuo soon discovers that he is not the only Perman, and the young heroes learn to work together when trouble grows too large for one of them to handle. Their beginnings lead directly into a noisy confrontation where teamwork matters just as much as the powers they were given.
