Genjitsu no Yohane: Sunshine in the Mirror

Yohane left the seaside town of Numazu chasing stardom in the big city, but after two years of failed auditions she returns home without success or a plan. With her dog Lailaps beside her, she opens a fortune-telling shop and slowly reconnects with old friends and people she never allowed herself to truly know before.

While Yohane searches for the one thing only she can do, a mysterious disturbance begins affecting the nature and animals around Numazu. Her growing friendships become connected to a form of magic she does not yet understand, making the town's survival part of the same search for purpose. The girl who came home convinced she had failed to become a star gradually discovers that the light she has been chasing may not be waiting on a distant stage, but in the very place she once wanted to leave.
