Dragon Ball Z Movie 15: Fukkatsu no "F"

Peace on Earth is broken when Sorbet and the remnants of Frieza's army gather the Dragon Balls and restore their fallen emperor to life. Frieza quickly learns that Goku has grown vastly stronger since their last battle, but rather than retreat, he does something he has almost never needed before: he trains.

Months later, Frieza returns with a new form, a rebuilt army, and one purpose above all else, revenge. With Goku and Vegeta away when the invasion begins, their friends must hold the line against overwhelming numbers until the Saiyans can face an enemy whose hatred has finally been matched by terrifying new power.
